By accessing or using NORA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using NORA on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
NORA is a cybersecurity risk assessment platform that guides users through structured risk assessments and produces scored, narrated, audit-ready output. The platform is provided by 1030Tech Consulting, a Wisconsin-based consulting firm.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share account credentials with users outside your licensed user count.
You agree to use NORA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use NORA to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with the platform's operation, or resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.
NORA is available on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Enterprise pricing and terms are governed by a separate agreement.
Your assessment data, responses, and outputs remain your property. We do not claim ownership of content you create using NORA. We will not share your assessment data with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Upon termination of your subscription, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted from our systems.
NORA's platform, methodology, scoring model, software, and branding are the intellectual property of 1030Tech Consulting. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
NORA is provided as a tool to assist with risk assessment. It does not constitute legal, compliance, or security advice. You are responsible for making independent judgments about your organization's risk posture. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1030Tech Consulting's liability for any claim arising from your use of NORA is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to NORA for violation of these terms or for non-payment of fees, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NORA will be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of NORA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
